LOCOST has its own well-equipped production facility in Vadodara where it produces more than 100 essential and rational medicines. In some cases, where volumes do not allow levels of production to reduce costs, it procures such products from other producers, tests their quality and supplies them. LOCOST products are preferred by many not for profit health institutions across India from the North East to Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The sales are directed at institutions and individuals that work on a not-for profit basis or cater to the poorest of people.
